My grandmother never uses her cell phone
My grandmother never uses her cell phone. I got her the cell phone so she could call me when she needs help or has a question or is travelling. It is perfect for anytime she is in an unfamiliar place, stuck on the road, or in need of well…. in need of talking to someone. But she never uses it. I asked her why she never uses the cell phone and she just said in response that she didn’t like it. My grandmother said the buttons were too small on the cell phone, the screen was too small on the cell phone, and the user interface was way to confusing for anyone to figure out. The last time she tried to call me she ended up getting yelled at by a baker because I guess she called him three or four times with the wrong number and kept asking for me at the bakery. I thought it was pretty funny. Well that is fine. So I instead bought her the Jitterbug cell phone and she is now able to use it.
