A word of caution in the workplace
My good friend recently was part of three people named in a sexual harassment lawsuit. He is of course completely innocent but was in the area of the sexual harassment and did not put a stop to it or speak out against it. Because he is a manager he is at fault. A word of caution in the workplace. If you are a manager you must be constantly vigilant. You should also expect to be involved in these type of things occasionally.
