Brestfeading your child is always a better option

December 16, 2007 Family Health | FamilyHelpTree @ 10:15 pm

Brestfeading your child is always a better option. Remember that it can take 3-5 days for your milk to come in so you should always keep trying with the child and not using a bottle until then as long as the child’s weight loss is within normal levels. That is correct it is normal for a baby to loose weight from the time of birth and continue to loose weight until the mother’s milk comes in. Using a bottle to suppliment will always make breast feeding harder and some children may not be able to go back.
