Tips to get your baby sleeping through the night

Tips to get your baby sleeping through the night:

1. Do not overstimulate the baby
2. Have a calming down period before bed
3. Give a bath
4. A bottle of formula at night for a full tummy
5. Put the baby down before asleep but just tired and let cry for 10 minutes
6. Maintain a regular sleep schedule
7. Pat or rub child without picking up
8. Make sure there is not a dirty diaper
9. Maintain a good temperature
