If your child has a bad temper, most parents are unsure how to handle this situation. In most cases a bad temper is a sign of frustration. This frustration can be brought on by mental or physical limitations or as an inability of understanding from peers or parents. There may be some cases where your child has a poor example of how to handle frustration or anger from a sibling or parent or other source. Correct this first if it exists and then encourage your child to breath deeply and try to have your child explain in words how he feels.
