It’s a bit challenge to talk to our spouse and children about whatever budgetary constraint we impose. They keep asking for a lot of things. What I consider to be an issue is about how well can we communicate and create understanding about each other needs and desire. I consider some practical advice and even a ready to use template could be very helpful!
