Boycotting Nap Time

July 1, 2008 Family and Parenting | FamilyHelpTree @ 10:31 pm

At some point in an infants life they will switch from three naps per day to two. Then as they age from two naps per day to only one nap per day. Every parent knows that multiple nap times are like a gift from heaven for your sanity. To preserve the two nap times as long as possible try and keep a strict schedule of bed times, meals, and awake times. When the switch does occur do everything possible to insure it is a long and restful single nap.
