Bed Time Tips:

A routine and regular bed time is important for both you and your children. Here are some tips to help:

1. Wind down before bedtime by reading books with the lights low

2. Stick to the same time every day

3. Take a bath every day before bedtime

4. Get energy out during the day with outdoor activities

5. No food right before bed

6. No caffeine
